Tried a 60g sample bag. Extravagant 180 hour fermentation honey process. Great smell right from the bag. Smelled like cherries, marzipan and tomatoes. Ground at 75 for V60. Very subtle and balanced. Less funky than expected but in a good way. Both fruity and earthy tones.
