Boon Huila Colombia is a coffee that we received as a gift from friends who appreciate our snobby coffee work. At a 1.0 grind setting, the flow was good, but we believe it could be slightly finer. The resulting coffee had a very smooth taste with a hint of something we couldn't quite put our finger on. This subtle coffee is washed, and I do recognize the notes of milk chocolate, peach, and raisin listed on the bag.
