As Franzen roasts one of our favorite brands of beans (the Boot Panamaria, as reviewed before) we are going to try out their other beans as well. The next one up is the Boot Brazil Santos. We got some really nice light fresh tones out of these beans, but is is not as explicit in taste as their other coffees we have tried out.
