Third in line of the Friedhats collection we got the Indonesia Filter. It is a coffee that surprised with its balanced flavor profile, despite having undergone a 3-day anaerobic fermentation process. At a 1.0 grind setting, the flow was slightly fast, but the resulting shot was lovely. The coffee showcased flavors of chocolate, a light twang of orange, and a very pronounced lime note.
When adjusting the grind to 0.0, we achieved perfection. The coffee became creamy, with flavors of salmiak, liquorice to the forefront, very tasty!
