Giraffe - Banana Guava Tolima Colombia 2024

This one was awesome. Giraffe is a personal favorite of ours so of course we had to try the banana flavored coffee. Of course we started off with a far too quick turbo shot. Somehow, still a super dark taste, surprisingly! Clear taste of banana for sure. Bag smelled like marshmallow. Very funky, cookie, spice, apple. Grinding finer at setting 2: still a bit fast, but no sourness anymore. Very soft, silky, fruity notes. Orange, tangerine. Grinding at 1 resulting in perfect flow and thicker mouthfeel, more tangerine. After a couple of days, found some Salmiak and salt in the cup. Very consistent quality, even towards the end of the bag. Much enjoyed this one!
