Natural Catimor variety. Very light mouthfeel. Floral, high clarity, not so syrupy. Soda-like hint of lime, almost cocktail-like. Was labeled as espresso but after the first highly acidic cup I made the next pour as if brewing a light roast with a long preinfusion. Long finish, sweet tastes. Even some gingerbread. After resting the bag the cup became more balanced. Sweet tones but also deeper spicy tones.
