Man Met Bril's Los Osos Colombia is a coffee that's truly un-🐻-lievable! Hailing from the Huila region, (Remember this region from the Drupa Huila roasting?), these beans offer a complex, fruity, and pleasant floral profile. With a perfect flow at grind 0.5, we didn't even need to change the grind after brewing the previous batch of beans from Boot. It's like these Los Osos beans were destined to be brewed in our Flair Pro 2.
The medium body of this coffee strikes a delicate balance: not too creamy and not too watery. As these are washed beans, they produce a very clean V60-like espresso.
