Screaming Beans Junin Peru 2022

Screaming Beans Peru Juni is a dark roast coffee that was gifted to us by a close friend that knows we love screaming beans coffee. When dialed in at a 0.5 grind setting, it offered a nice change of scenery from the light roasted filter roasts we had been trying recently. This dedicated espresso produced a darker cup with tiger stripes, deep rich flavors, and a thick espresso mouthfeel. The taste profile includes notes of speculaas, bread, a hint of orange, cinnamon, caramel, and a subtle touch of salt.
