The Stooker Timbo offered a slightly slow extraction at a 1.25 grind setting, still resulting in a very smooth espresso with a creamy and thick mouthfeel. Adjusting the grind to 1.5 revealed sweeter notes of chocolate and apple, while maintaining the perfect flow and depth in the floral notes.
