Pleasantly bright, far less acidic than when I brewed with the PRO 2. Hints of tangerine, orange, banana. Made a little blend with the rest of the Inmaculada bean bag: surprisingly sweet. Blend was ground on 7 with good flow. Salty, cherries, pineapple, flowers, stonefruit, raspberries. High florality without sourness; finish of milk chocolate. Tiny beans by the way!
