First brews were with V60 as I still needed to order a grinder that could go fine enough for the Flair 58. Still great results: Sweet, no sourness; apple and tea notes. On par with my favorite Friedhats and Screaming Beans picks.
Espresso on the Flair Pro 2, ground at 0,25: complex palette with both dark tones and vibrant fruit. Slight acidity, orange. Sweet qualities come out with proper preheat of the portafilter.
Happy that I got to retaste after receiving the proper gear: complex taste, solid arrival, orange, cookie.
