Started out with a typical turbo shot. Still tasty though! Def check out Lance's video on turboshots, if you are interested, it's not just the satisfying stream of espresso visuals that matter. Got some funky fruity results in the first pull. Ground finer but still not fine enough. Some Tangerine this time. Ground finest I've ground for Flair 58 so far. Proper flow, even less acidic than before. Smell right after extraction is dense and rich. Definitely a bright coffee. Not that much crema for some reason. Mouthfeel watery and clear, more like a V60 than espresso. Hints of pear, lemon. Juicy mouthfeel. End of bag was fast flowing, even at grinder setting 4; ground the last cups at 2 where the burrs are almost touching.
