A very nice month of Wakuli. A light, fresh, slightly sour taste. Nice light roast. We didn't get that much honey like sweetness from the bean. We brew aeropress but would love to taste the espresso variant. We are still investigating the purchase of an espresso machine so there might be more about that in the upcoming months.

The "honey" part of the bean title has an interesting backstory, as explained by Wakuli. It doesn't really have to do anything with actual "honey", but with the "honey process". While processing and washing the beans they leave the sticky honey like layer called "mucilage" on the bean instead of completely washing it away. This should produce a slightly more sweet taste of the bean.
