We had a little holiday and decided to splurge on a Commandante C40 hand grinder. The Kinazi was the bean of choice to give the new grinder a whirl. With 25 clicks we had a surprisingly clean, juicy, less harsh cup than we had ever even got from our DF64 flat burrs, it was awesome.
