We quite enjoyed these Wakuli beans from peru. The beans themselves had a pleasant smell of oranges and flowers. When trying to turn these beans into espresso, It took me quite some time to dial in the proper grind setting. Where the shots started out sour at grind setting 10, the shot was perfect at setting 6. All of a sudden, a very rich texture arrived with surprising tastes: sweet and bright citrus, and even some darker tastes like hachee and very dark chocolate.
