Great bag of beans, that's two in a row for Drupa. Such a smooth and clean brew. The "washed" processing of the beans is clearly recognizable. The espresso has a hint of the italian style of espresso due to the slightly darker roast. These beans are very easy to grind and brew with, my shots were very consistent. Around the 1,25 mark in the Perfetto grinder I achieved a very good flow. Slightly lighter crema than usual, but that didn't influence the taste: a delicious, sweet fresh and nutty shot of coffee.
