Definitely the most funky of the three Drupa bags, due to the fermentation in the honey process. Ground at 1,25 in the Perfetto I got a very nice 30 sec shot with a very special taste.
I got loads of citrus and a little pear, fortunately nothing too sour. The term "sweet lime" would represent the all round experience best.
In my experience, the shots had little stricture and a bit watery mouth feel. After trying again for a couple of days and improving the dialing in I did get a little more velvety crema and a little more body in the drink.
