A retaste of 2020's version of Tayacaja, this time ground up with the Perfetto instead of the Encore. As you can see in the picture, I did get some help from snoffeecob junior this time.
Setting 1,25 proved to be the sweet spot. Quite an exotic taste, very full mouth feel. Little structure though. Strong tastes of mango, tangerine, pineapple. I would have liked it a little sweeter, but the shots kept turning out more sour than sweet after numerous tries and adjustments.
