A very versatile bean, can't really go wrong with this one. It's great for v60 and milk drinks, but also very enjoyable as an espresso. Not an extremely distinct set of tasting notes but very stable, decent medium roast espresso. Hints of gingerbread, dark tea, raisins, bread, cocoa.
