Hey! That origin seemed familiar. As I read back in my Hopong tasting notes from 2023 I was able to immediately dial in perfectly at Perfetto grind setting 0,5. Very creamy crema, almost as per usual in Wakuli's fresh roasts. Notes of fruity apple, lime, nuts. Very long finish of hazelnut, wonderful drinking experience.
