Our first attempt with a grind setting of 1.0 was a bit too fast, but even the not-so-perfect shots tasted better than some of the other beans we've tried. It's a testament to the quality of these beans that even when things don't go quite right, they still manage to impress.

After some minor adjustments, we found the sweet spot at a 0.5 grind setting. With the help of WDT and high heat, the result was a flawless shot without any visible defects in the bottom of the portafilter. The Guji boasts a rich, dark tone with an intense taste that features a medley of sweet dates, fresh sweet lime, scotch, and gingerbread. The finish is long and strong, leaving a lasting impression.
