Starting off with the pre-ground yellow bourbon beans from Simon Levelt. This has basically been our go-to bean for the largest part of the past seven years. It is a nice run-of-the-mill all round bean that isn't too expressive, but has been extremely consistent and delivers a great cup of coffee.
Ever since we are grinding beans with our own grinder at home, we've been experimenting with other beans and have found that there is much more to explore then just these (albeit very taste) yellow bourbon beans!
