Very tiny beans, results in a small volume when weighing out. Didn't have any noticeable impact on brewing though. We got a very nice extraction in our V60 test. These beans are by far not as sour as the ngwethe beans we tried before.
We definitely got a little sweetness, some notes of honey, ripe fruits and strawberry. This is a very easily drinkable and balanced cup of coffee. By far our favorite from the tasting set.
