Golly these beans are enormous! They are of the maragogype variety, also known as the elephant beans. In comparison with the Romero these beans are far less sour but still have that funky character. Much darker shot as well. We switched to the V60 method after a couple of tries and got some very nice sweet fruit notes and a much smoother taste experience.
