Wakuli New Origin Bella Vista Community Mexico

Our second delivery of fresh, tasty Wakuli beans. We are very impressed with the consistent quality, even though the beans come from completely different regions. This time around, we've got beans from Mexico. They also suppliced a great backstory on Rosalba Tovo Cifuentes, the female founder of Mayan Harvest coffee.

This coffee is one of the best we've had in a while, very tasty and balanced, not too sweet and not too bitter either. Some interesting nosing notes were the cereals and "ontbijtkoek"or gingerbread (which probably tastes completely different in the Netherlands). Very curious to our next wakuli delivery to see if the quality streak holds up!
