Ground with Perfetto 1,0 the flow was just too fast. 0,5 was ok. I still liked the espresso but it was slightly too acidic for Ms. Snoffeecob. We turned it into a nice latte for a change. When I finally dialled this hard to grind bean it produced a wonderfully clear drink. Sweet taste with hints of peach.
