Caution! The Wakuli Hoping Myanmar requires quite a fine grind to achieve the best extraction. At a 0.5 setting on the Eureka grinder, the taste had high clarity and bright notes of tangerine, lemon, lemon drops, and candy. Adjusting the grind to 0.35 resulted in a great extraction with little to no acidity, a good flow, and additional flavors of cookies, bread, and cinnamon.
