Wakuli Kolla Bolcha Natural 2022

Wakuli Kolla Bolcha is a natural processed coffee that offers a delightful fusion of fruity freshness and comforting nuttiness. At a 0.25 grind setting, we achieved a slightly slow 1-minute brew, which revealed flavors of fruit, nuts, and a hint of cinnamon. The coffee produced a syrupy, thick crema, and its light roast truly shined when brewed with the Flair Pro 2.

When grinding at setting 1.0, the Kolla Bolcha became even creamier and smoother on the tongue, with subtle hints of almond. To explore this coffee's full potential, we also brewed it using a V60, employing a 5-pour method at a grind setting of 8. This resulted in a much tastier and fruitier drink compared to a setting of 7, offering a comforting and entirely different experience. To achieve a 2:30 brew time, we recommend trying a slightly coarser grind than 8.
