Very fresh, light, high clarity, easy coffee to work with, perfect at Perfetto's 1,0 grind setting, super consistent. Definitely one of my favorite Wakuli coffees both for v60 and espresso.

The recurring themes are "tea like quality", ease of grinding and the consistency of the quality of this bean. Great stuff wakuli!
