A rich, dark deep taste, and not that acidic at all. Quite different from typical fruity Wakuli profile. Very welcome for a change! The tasting notes remind me of typical darker roasts notes: almonds, dates, raisin. Long lingering finish that reminds me of those dark, high cacao percent chocolate bars. Perfect shot flow at Perfetto's 0,5 grind setting.
