I was once again seduced-by-newsletter to try another Wakuli special, this time the Wakuli Coopervass Microlot. I love their storytelling, in this specific case showcasing the value of feedback from the Wakuli community back to the coffee farmer Andre and how this helps him create high value microlots.

The coffee boasts high clarity and sweetness, with unique tones of mango lemon cheesecake. Experimenting with different grind settings is essential for unlocking its full potential. At level 1, a slightly coarser grind allows for a slower extraction, bringing out even more sweet tones in the coffee, including raisin and cardamom flavors.
