Wakuli Timor Leste 2022

Wakuli Timor Leste is a coffee that, at a 1.0 grind setting, produced a fast flow, which is typical with Wakuli beans. The resulting coffee was high in acidity but still quite creamy. When dialed in at a 0.25 grind setting, the coffee revealed flavors of spices and milk chocolate, with less acidity and a more enjoyable taste.
