Zwarte Roes! It has been 2 years since we last met. Your email marketing campaigns got me buying another round of bags and got me started with retasting the blend no1

Love the new bags! Clear roast date is also nice. The beans were roasted on the same day as sending which gives us a chance to decide how freshly roasted we want to grind and use our beans.

The blend no1 produces a very smooth balanced drink. A nice combination of lighter roasted funky flavors and deeper darker chocolatey flavors. The first shots ended up in a latte that was received very well. Perfect flow at Perfetto's 1,0, small tiger stripes, very enjoyable drink.

Quite different taste notes from two years agobut that very well might have to do with the upgrade of grinder from the Encore to the Perfetto. This time straight chocolate and almond taste, with a twinge of exotic fruit from the pulped natural beans.
