Zwarte Roes Giraldo Colombia 2022 (retaste)

Tried pulling a shot with these beans over and over and over again on different grind sizes but just couldn't get it to work for my espresso. It just works a lot better in V60! For espresso, even grinding with the Perfetto on 0,5, outside of the "legal" range, still results in a fast shot, maybe my grinder can't grind fine enough? It has some dark tones but mostly non textured and even a bit watery. We liked the other bags by Zwarte Roes such as the Blend no1 a lot better!
